Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days after carrier-confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Uninstalled

  • In original condition

  • In original manufacturer packaging

  • Include all original parts, components, and accessories

Items returned in used, installed, damaged, or incomplete condition may be subject to restocking fees or may not be eligible for refund.


Return Authorization Required

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) before being sent back.

Returns sent without an RA may be refused and returned to sender.

Return Shipping Requirements

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item shipped, confirmed defect, or shipping damage).

Return shipments must be:

  • Prepaid

  • Insured

  • Trackable

Customers are responsible for return shipments until received and accepted at our facility. We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping services.


Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are typically processed within 2 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Shipping Cost Deductions

For non-Special Order items, a refund may be issued for eligible returns minus our original outbound shipping cost and any return shipping cost incurred, where applicable.


Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Any shipment damage, missing items, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of carrier-confirmed delivery.

Please contact Gadget Mounts Support and provide photos of:

  • Product packaging

  • Outer shipping box

  • Shipping label

  • Damaged product (if applicable)

Claims reported after this reporting window may be limited by carrier claim acceptance timeframes.

Gadget Mounts reserves the right to request additional documentation to assist with carrier investigations or insurance claims.


Restocking Fees

Restocking fees may apply based on:

  • Product condition

  • Packaging condition

  • Missing components

  • Manufacturer return requirements

Restocking fees may be higher if items are returned in used, installed, or non-resellable condition.


Special Order Items

Some products on Gadget Mounts are designated as Special Order items.

Special Order items are typically sourced or produced specifically to fulfill your order and may have extended estimated availability timelines displayed on the product page.

Special Order items are submitted for sourcing, allocation, or production shortly after order placement.

Special Order Return & Cancellation Authority

Certain Special Order items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

Special Order cancellation and return eligibility is determined by:

  • The product page at time of purchase

  • Special Order disclosures shown prior to checkout

Where Special Order terms are specified on a product page, those terms take precedence over general return policy terms.

Some Special Order items that are eligible for return may be subject to restocking fees based on manufacturer return policies and supply chain requirements.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Certain Special Order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items returned in used or installed condition

  • Items missing original packaging or components

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or cancelled before shipment.

Once shipped, orders must follow the return process.

Special Order items may not be eligible for cancellation or order changes. Please refer to the product page and the Special Order Items section above for full details.


Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused, returned due to delivery failure, or returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, refund eligibility will follow the terms outlined above, including deduction of outbound and return shipping costs where applicable.
