Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
Same-Day Shipping Cutoff
Orders received by 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days typically ship the same day.
Orders received after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

Large Orders
Large or bulk orders may require additional processing time before shipment. If additional time is required, we will notify you.
During peak periods, promotions, severe weather events, or unusually high order volume, processing times may extend to 1–3 business days.

Order Tracking

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Gadget Mounts is not responsible for:

Orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

Delays caused by address verification issues
If a shipment is returned to us due to delivery failure, including but not limited to an undeliverable or incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve a shipment held by the carrier, reshipping fees may apply.
For non-Special Order items, a refund may be issued for such returns minus our original outbound shipping cost and any return shipping cost incurred. Special Order items may not be eligible for refund as indicated on the product page.
Delivered Packages
Certain shipments may require signature confirmation or other delivery verification methods based on order value, destination, or carrier requirements.
Once tracking shows a package as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the shipment is considered fulfilled.
If you believe a package was stolen or misdelivered:

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days of carrier-confirmed delivery with photos of:

While Gadget Mounts ships orders quickly, delivery delays can occur due to:

Carrier delays do not qualify for shipping refunds once an order has shipped.
Special Order Items
Some products on Gadget Mounts are designated as Special Order items.
Special Order items are typically sourced or produced specifically to fulfill your order and may have extended estimated availability timelines displayed on the product page.
By placing an order for a Special Order item, you acknowledge and agree:
