Description
The RAM Tough-Ball™ 1" Mirror Base for Harley-Davidson Motorcycles adds a RAM® B Size mounting point to compatible motorcycle fairing mirror holes. The adapter uses a 1/4"-20 threaded connection with an included barrel nut and nylon washer to create a secure base for attaching a RAM B Size double socket arm and device holder.
Constructed from high-strength composite with stainless steel components, this compact base is ideal for mounting a phone, GPS, action camera, or other lightweight device without installing a larger handlebar or reservoir base.

Use Cases & Compatibility
This Tough-Ball™ base is commonly used to add a RAM B Size mounting point to compatible Harley-Davidson motorcycles using an available fairing mirror hole. Once installed, it can be connected to a RAM B Size double socket arm and an appropriate device holder to build a customized motorcycle mounting system.
Installation requires access to both sides of the fairing mirror hole. Place the nylon washer over the barrel nut, insert the barrel nut into the hole on the motorcycle controls, and thread the ball adapter into the barrel nut from the opposite side. Tighten using 5/8" and 1/2" wrenches.
Hydraulic Clutch Note: On motorcycles equipped with a hydraulic clutch, modification of the included nylon washer may be required for proper installation.
