Description
The RAM-TB-FH1-PV4U is an adjustable mounting component designed to secure compatible tablet holders and GDS Docks directly to the RAM Tough-Bar system. It combines a friction hinge, RAM Collar-Lock system, and single pivot mount to provide controlled positioning and added device adjustability.
The friction hinge provides smooth single-axis movement, while the attached pivot joint adds up to 180 degrees of additional adjustment. A barrel-nut design provides added tamper resistance, and the integrated Collar-Lock system helps prevent excessive rotation that could allow the mounted device to contact the dashboard or windshield.

The mount supports compatible RAM holders and GDS Docks using either 2-hole or 4-hole AMPS mounting patterns. The combination of friction hinge and pivot joint allows a mounted device to be tilted and repositioned for improved viewing, access, and vehicle ergonomics.
