Description
The RAM® Tough-Mag™ Base combines an 88mm magnetic mounting base with a C Size 1.5" Ball adapter featuring the two-hole AMPS pattern. It creates a removable RAM mounting point on compatible magnetic surfaces without requiring permanent installation.
Ten N52 magnets provide the magnetic connection, while the rubber exterior helps protect the mounting surface from scratches. The attached diamond ball base connects to compatible RAM C Size double socket arms.

Use Cases & Compatibility
This standalone magnetic ball base is designed for compatible flat magnetic surfaces where a removable mounting point is preferred. It is compatible with a variety of RAM C Size 1.5" socket arms and mounting components.
The magnetic base also accepts compatible RAM B Size or C Size two-hole AMPS diamond ball bases through its M4 threaded inserts.
