The RAM® Universal Drill-Down Vehicle Mount is a heavy-duty, professional-grade mounting solution engineered for secure in-vehicle device installation. Designed for fleet vehicles, work trucks, emergency vehicles, and industrial applications, this mount delivers exceptional stability, adjustability, and long-term durability.
The system starts with a robust 8" x 8" drill-down steel base, ideal for flat mounting surfaces inside vehicles. Welded to the base is an 18.25" adjustable female Tele-Pole, allowing precise height customization. Once adjusted and locked, the Tele-Pole becomes a rigid, vibration-resistant support structure.
An 8" upper male Tele-Pole connects to a dual articulating swing arm system, giving you extensive reach and positioning flexibility. The double swing arms (12" total length) combined with a rotating AMPS-compatible round base allow you to tilt, swivel, and rotate your device for optimal visibility and ergonomic access.
Constructed from powder-coated steel and marine-grade aluminum, this mount is built to perform in demanding environments. Ideal for tablets, laptops, and mounted electronics, it supports up to 2 lbs for standard use and 1 lb for heavy-duty applications.
